General

How can I contact Fashion Rooms?

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and as soon as possible by mail: info@fashionrooms.de or call us at
+49 (0) 211 416 082 86 (working days 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST).
If the order has not yet been shipped, you will receive your payment on the same day. If the order has already been prepared for the shipping, you can exercise your right of revocation after receiving the order.

I have seen a better price for the same item on the internet. Can you offer the same price?

If you have seen a better price for the same item online, you can contact us by this regard. We will check whether a discount is possible.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and bank transfer. More payment options will be implemented in the next months.

Can I pay by credit card?

Payments by credit card is possible to through Paypal. A direct payment by credit card will also be offered soon.

If payment on rates possible?

Payment on rates is not possible, since we do not make solvency review of our customers.

Shipping

What are the delivery costs for Fashion Rooms?

Standard delivery within Germany is free. For Express Shipping and for shipping to other countries, please refer to the shipping table.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery within Germany will take two-three business days. For the regular delivery time to other countries, please see the detailed shipping table. Please note that the shipping time to countries outside European Union may differ due to customs inspections.

We ship within one business day after receiving your payment.

With which the company shipped?

Standard orders worldwide will be shipped with the exception of the Russian Federation with DHL Germany and to the Russian Federation with the Russian Post. The delivery will be provided either by DHL or through a local partner company of DHL. For Express Shipping we work with DHL Express and UPS.

How can I track my order?

If you want to check the delivery status of your order online, you can do so at the website of DHL: www.dhl.de.
You will receive the tracking number after sending e-mail to your specified email address.
Alternatively, you can send us: info@fashion-rooms.com an email and you will receive the current status of your order.

Returns / Exchanges

I want to return an item. How can I do that?

You can return items for any reason in accordance with the right of revocation. We recommend our customers to contact us in case of withdrawal using the LINK TO ELECTRONICAL WITHDRAWAL FORM- Please find detailed information in the "Right of Withdrawal" section. You will get the money back at the same day, when we receive the return shipping.

What address do I send the return?

For the return address please see the returns note which accompanies the shipment. If you have announced the return in advance, your payment will be refunded on the day of receipt of the return. Please do not cancel the payment in advance to avoid any delays..

When will I get the money back?

By submission of the notice of cancellation before return, we promise to refund the payment on the day of receipt of the return. The refund will be provided by the same payment method and in the same currency as the purchase. For example, when paying via Paypal in USD, the refund will be made also via Paypal in USD.

Can I exchange an item?

You can easily exchange items for a different size or for another item.
